Cambridge Weight Plan – 14 days or 21 days
Need to lose weight? Want to get away from it all and find yourself again?
Come and join us and follow either Cambridge 500 (a diet of less than 500 calories a day) or Cambridge 800 (a diet of about 800 calories a day) as sole source together with workshops, yoga and overall lots of laughter and fun on a beautiful sunny island. Both Cambridge Weight Plan programs are nutritionally complete programs.
These workshops combine Cambridge Weight Plan programs with the Mindful eating, mindful choices workshop, the Primordial Sound Meditation workshop and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga workshop in one 14 day or 21 day intensive program.

Mindful eating, mindful choices – 7 days

The
art of mindful eating will transform our struggles with addictions such as
food, and renew our sense of pleasure, appreciation and satisfaction with
eating. Mindful eating is an approach that involves bringing one's full attention
to the process of eating, and to all the smells, sounds, thoughts and feelings
of daily life. It is a simple tool that can make a big difference to the
quality of your life.
This amazing program will take you through a different perspective of eating you will never forget:

into your body's wisdom about what, when and how much to eat;

less while feeling satisfied;

Primordial Sound Meditation – 3 days

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga – 3 days

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga program is an artful blending of meditation, breathing exercises, yoga sutras, sun salutations, asana development, mantra study, Sanskrit sessions, chanting, anatomy, and spiritual discussions. Whether you are already a practicing yogi or are about to take your first class, this retreat, which integrates the 5000-year old Vedic wisdom of Ayurveda and the yogic interpretations of Drs.
