Looking for inspiration on how to cook in a simple and easy way with natural foods?

According to Ayurveda, individuals are categorized into three mind-body constitutions or ‘doshas’. The first step towards eating for your Ayurvedic constitution is to find out what your constitutional type or dosha is (Pitta, Vata or Kapha). Once you know your Ayurvedic dosha, you can learn to balance it by learning which foods can support and which foods can aggravate your dosha.

Come and join us on our Ayurveda cooking sessions, using wherever possible our own home grown vegetables and fruits, and learn new recipes based on your dosha, in a relaxed and unique environment, and master the powerful secrets that Ayurverda has in store for you.

Interested in tuning with your chakras and learning about the seven spiritual laws of success?

Whether it is your first time or not our aim is is to teach you techniques (breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation) which you can take away with you and practice easily at home.

Come and join us in our Dushi Luga center– the sweet spot where Hatha yoga will be practiced twice daily.

Want to have your own tailor made fitness program?

Our fitness coach will be waiting for you ready for action, guiding you in what is best for your body. If you have your own training program you are also welcome, and afterwards you can relax by doing Yoga or enjoying our Rainbow Retreat swimming pool.
