Rainbow Retreat is being built in several phases.

• Phase 1: is now completed
• Phase 2a: will be completed end of March 2011
• Phase 2b: will be completed end of July 2011
• Phase 3:  including the garden will be completed by the of 2011
• Phase 4 and 5: will be started in 2012
